Vape Products:

Please test all vape products before leaving the store to ensure they function properly.

Once you leave the store, we cannot verify the purchase of the unit from us or its condition at the time of sale, and refunds or exchanges will no longer be available.
Delivered Items:

If your items are delivered, please inspect them before the delivery driver leaves.

Verify both the quantity and quality of the items received. The driver will allow a reasonable amount of time for inspection. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed once the driver departs.
Glass Items:

Carefully inspect all glass items for any damage before leaving the store.

We cannot accept responsibility for damages occurring after the purchase due to mishandling or improper use.
Tobacco Products:
