Age Restriction

All customers must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco, vaping products, or any other age-restricted items. Valid photo identification is required for all in-store and delivery purchases.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved mobile payment methods. Payment for delivery orders must be completed on the website or on the phone before the delivery.

Orders and Delivery

Orders can be placed over the phone at (720) 472-2498.
Free delivery is available within a 3-mile radius of the store for orders over $50.
Deliveries beyond the 3-mile radius will incur an additional delivery charge, determined by the distance.
Delivery times may vary based on traffic and order volume. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Product Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for manufacturer defects or damaged items, Please test your vapes before leaving the store or before completing your delivery. Please check your items before the delivery person leaves after which it is assumed that the items were delivered in perfect condition and can not be exchanged/returned.
For health and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Smoke Signals reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

Liability

Smoke Signals is not liable for misuse or improper handling of purchased items. Customers are responsible for using products as intended and complying with all local laws and regulations.

Customer information provided for orders and deliveries will only be used for transaction purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Smoke Signals reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the shop or on communication materials.
